The Firm

 

The Firm was established in the 1950’s in Valletta, Malta, by its founding members, former Minister ofIndustry and Commerce Dr. Giuseppe M Camilleri LL.D., and Dr. Benedict Delia LL.D. Since its inception, and with Dr. Mark Camilleri LL.D. joining the team in 1989, the Firm has gradually grown and evolved to be one of the leading Maltese firms in the Corporate Services and Shipping field, and is constantly widening its portfolio so as to accommodate the increasing exigencies of its international clientele.
 

Our Location

 

Situated in the heart of Valletta, the capital city of Malta, our offices have the added advantage of being close to all the major amenities in our line - within walking distance from the Malta Ministry of Foreign affairs and the Transport Malta and a stone throw away from the Malta Financial Services Authority thus allowing us to respond more effectively to urgent requests.
